In this post Smartphone Clinic will provide a tutorial about how to Root Samsung Galaxy S6 SM-G920I. In this process we are not going to use the computer / laptop because we will be using an application called PingPongRoot App. Root your device at your own risk.
Make sure the battery is at least 70%
Enable instalation of 3 party Apps on your smartphone, by open Settings > Security > Unknown Sources
Download the latest PingPongRoot App on your device
It will ask you to install SuperSu, accept installation. Follow the instructions on screen.
Open it when the install is finished, It will prompt an error message (Unless you already rooted), hit OK to exit the app.
Back to PingPong root App and then click “Download Data” button to update the data device if you have Internet connection.
Go back to PingPong app, click the “Get Root!” button.
Wait until the process is completed
Once finished, please make sure to reboot.
