How to ROOT LG Optimus L3 II E425 Using Framaroot – LG re-issued smart phone products to market, that is LG Optimus L3 E425 II which launched in February 2013. This android smartphone targeting the lower middle class with a very affordable price. This is the latest generation smartphone of the LG Optimus L3 which was launched last year. For the dimensions, this phone is not too big that is 102.6 x 61.1 x 11.9 mm so it will not consume a lot of space in your pocket. With a fairly light weight is 107 grams makes this phone very comfortable on the handheld.

IPS screen technology with LCD capacitive touchscreen makes this smart phone has a display output clear, crisp, yet comfortable to the eye. With the tiny screen size of 3.2 inches, this phone has a tiny screen resolution as well, which is 240 x 320 pixels. LG’s smart phones have adopted the  android 4.1.2 Jelly bean operating system. Quallcom GPU and a single core processor with a speed of 1 GHz snapdragon embedded in this mobile phone. In terms of data rates, this tiny device has been supported by the network to HSUPA and Bluetooth v2.0 A2DP.

In this post Smartphone Clinic will provide a tutorial about how to Root LG Optimus L3 II E425. In this process we are not going to use the computer / laptop because we will be using an application called Framaroot App. Root your device at your own risk.


  • Make sure the battery is at least 70%
  • Enable instalation of 3 party Apps on your smartphone, by open Settings > Security > Device Administration > Unknown Sources

How to ROOT LG Optimus L3 II E425 Using Framaroot

  • Open Framaroot App

  • In Framaroot you’ll see Aragorn and Gandalf options. You should select the Gandalf option

  • Wait for the process to complete, then you’ll see Framaroot Success message
  • Now restart your LG Optimus L3 II E425
  • If the SuperSU App exist on your Application Menu on your smartphone it means you’ve succesfully rooted your device.
