- Enable USB Debugging, by open Settings > Developers Option > USB Debugging

- Run Odin, you’ll see the whole box and the windows were empty. Click the “PDA” in “Odin” and select the file named CF-Auto-Root………tar.md5 file
- Turn off your Samsung Galaxy Alpha
- Boot into “download mode”, by pressing and hold Volume Down + Home + Power buttons simultaneously
